Who am I?
I’m a designer who believes in creating tools that are intuitive, beautiful, and deeply human. At 0x, I lead the design of Matcha, a platform that brings clarity to the complex world of decentralised finance. I’m also building Lapz, a spatial Formula 1® experience for Apple Vision Pro, rethinking how we engage with speed, data, and storytelling in the space around us.
Design, for me, is not just about how something looks, but how it feels, how it lives in someone’s hands, in their eyes, how it speaks without saying a word. It’s about the emotional clarity of an interface, the frictionless elegance of a gesture, the quiet sense of assurance when something simply works as it should. I approach my work with care and intention, crafting experiences that are quiet, clear, and profoundly useful. It’s about removing what’s unnecessary, revealing what matters, and designing with both mind and heart.
But design doesn’t stop at the screen. It’s everywhere. It’s in the satisfying weight of a door handle, the texture of fabric as you slip into a turtleneck, the subtle cues that help you orient yourself in a crowded parking garage. It’s in the way you open a wardrobe without thinking, the layout of a shopping mall, the way your steering wheel feels beneath your fingers. These are not accidents, they are decisions. Invisible, often unnoticed, but deeply felt.
Design is not decoration. It’s function made beautiful, made human. And because it’s everywhere, it matters deeply. It shapes how we move through the world, how we connect, how we feel. That’s why I care. That’s why it matters.
What do I do?
At the core of my practice is a deep commitment to User Experience and Interface Design, not simply how something looks, how it guides people through complex tasks. Surrounding this foundation are disciplines I consider essential companions: motion design, prototyping, user research, product thinking, and an acute sensitivity to both business goals and human needs.
I immerse myself in the early, delicate stages of product creation, where ideas are still fragile and undefined. I help give those ideas form, direction, and clarity. From facilitating workshops to defining KPIs, from building design systems to crafting precise design specifications, I shape the invisible structure that underpins the experience.
In essence, I think of myself as an architect of digital space, designing how people move, orient, and feel within an app, long before a single line of code is written.
What do I care about?
I always strive for long-term impact, not short-term success. That’s what guides me in both my professional and personal life. A colleague early in my career once told me: “The best ideas come when you put experts with different skill sets in the same room,” and that has proven true throughout my career. I care about the people I work with, I believe it’s important to have mutual respect, understanding, and trust. To support each other and to find the right path forward together.
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together...
Who do I admire?
I have great admiration for anyone who truly loves their work, something I’ve come to realise is rarer than I expected. I respect experts in all fields, whether they’re electricians, artists, F1 drivers, doctors, researchers, entrepreneurs, or gardeners. My deepest respect also goes to all mothers; bringing a child into the world and raising them is truly remarkable. These are the people who have shaped who I am. I call them, “My Heroes”:

Matcha - Gasless Banner
Users frequently encounter situations where they lack sufficient ETH to cover gas fees. Matcha offers two transaction modes: Auto and Standard. When users opt for the Standard mode, they miss out on the benefits of gasless transactions available in Auto mode. Matcha - EVM Icon
When redesigning the UX for displaying user balances across multiple chains and wallets, the Matcha team identified the need for a unified avatar to represent all EVM-compatible chains. While many products default to using the Ethereum icon, this can be misleading, users may interpret it as referring exclusively to the Ethereum mainnet, rather than the broader EVM ecosystem, which also includes chains like Base, Polygon, and Unichain etc...

2025

My parent’s Jana and Robert, Roger Federer, Jony Ive, Steve Jobs, John LePore, Norman Foster, Zaha Hadid, Karri Saarinen, Christopher Nolan, Gordon Wagener, Jaroslav Beck, Jozef Matas, Peter Gerek
About
Matcha - Gasless Banner
Users frequently encounter situations where they lack sufficient ETH to cover gas fees. Matcha offers two transaction modes: Auto and Standard. When users opt for the Standard mode, they miss out on the benefits of gasless transactions available in Auto mode. To address this issue, the banner was introduced as an effective solution to guide users and help them avoid unnecessary gas costs.

Experience Vision 2025 - Talk
